Hyundai Hell

I bought a car from Bob Rohrman's of Indianapolis. I have had the car in 19 times in the last 18 months for transmission repairs. On three seperate occasions they told me they replaced the transmission and I would get it home only to have it start giving me trouble again days later. Most recently I was driving down the highway and the car just jumped into 2nd gear. I almost lost control. The dealership keeps telling me they do not know what is causing it but I talk to the previous owner who said the car was in an accident and she brought it to them to repair prior to trading it into them. How can they resell a car like this. It is still not fixed and my warranty is about to run out.

Used Car dealer Labriola 2

My daughter and I looked for a used car for her to take to college. We saw a car at Labriola 2, Eatontown, NJ. We had the car checked and found it needed a new compressor. Mr. Joe Labriola agreed to have the compressor fixed and we made a deal. He said he'd order the part and we could bring it back. That should have been a sign.!!! I called him twice weekly for a month. Finally, he received the part. I took off from work and my daughter came home for the weekend to have the part installed. In addition, the car failed inspection for a headlight. The car was guaranteed to pass inspection, and Mr. Labriola said he'd fix that also. Well, when we picked up the car at the end of the day the car was not at the dealer, nor was it fixed. Mr. Labriola said there was nothing wrong with the car. I had to drive to his auto mechanic to get the car. I confronted the mechanic who said, "I don't want to get in the middle of this." Before we took the car, the dealer said he'd give us the compressor and would reimburse us for the headlight that somehow he forgot to fix. I've sent him all the bills and no response. I reported him to the Better Business Bureau and hope to get some action. I realize people aren't perfect, but I don't think it's all that hard to be fair.
